- Mediate disputes between homeowners and contractors
All agreements for services are directly between homeowners and contractors.
Payment Terms
For contractors using our lead generation service:
- Payments are due for qualified leads as agreed upon registration
- Refunds may be provided for unqualified leads per our policy
- Accounts may be suspended for non-payment
- All fees are non-refundable unless specifically stated
Intellectual Property
All content on HomeJump, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our service, to understand our practices.
Disclaimers
Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, including:
